Kick off Jackalope Days 2018! Join us in celebrating the grand re-opening of the Rail Road Museum. Ceremony to start at 11:00 followed by a short performance by the Casper Drum and Bugle Corps. Free hot do lunch to start at 11:30 hosted by the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers & Trainsmen.

Join the crew at the Converse County Tourism & Visitor Center and the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen for a free hot dog lunch. Chad Lore and Sons will be providing musical entertainment.

Come learn about birds of prey, on exhibit in the library parking lot. Handlers with RMRP will have live birds on hand during the free exhibit, and raptor themed- merchandise.

Held during the First Thursday celebration in downtown Douglas, area youth are invited to the library to paint a jackalope (he's the star of the show during Jackalope Days!).
